Everyone who knows me knows that I'm friendly and accessible. I'm happy to respond to any questions or inquiries you may have. In the meantime, to make your experience with my virtual gallery and shop enjoyable I have compiled these FAQ's.
PRINTS AND SHIPPING
All reproductions in my shop are made to order by my excellent printmaker, American Moulding, using high-resolution digital technology color corrected to the original and printed with archival inks. The prints are then wrapped in a protective sleeve and shipped to you directly.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE A DIFFERENT SIZED PRINT OR OTHER ART NOT FEATURED ON MY WEBSITE
I can print Custom Sizes and Types of prints. Please Get in Touch if you’d like to order a size not offered on my website.
If you would like to order a print of my art that isn’t featured on my website, I have Custom Prints available for all my artwork. There are just too many to show on one website! Click here to order art by title and size.
HOW IS MY PRINT GOING TO BE SHIPPED?
Paper and Matted Prints are mounted on a board or matted, wrapped in clear protective sleeve, and shipped flat.
Premium Prints are shipped rolled in a sturdy tube. This allows the larger size to ship economically and damage-free.
Canvas Prints are shipped in a sturdy cardboard crate.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and distance. If there is any discrepancy -/+ we will let you know via email.
International packages are outside of our control. Border fees, duties, and handling fees may be charged by other countries. Tracking is also quite unreliable with international shipments. We have faith and our packages have always landed safely!
Shipping costs cover fees, packaging supplies, time, labor, and storage. If the shipping cost estimated at checkout is not equal to the actual cost of shipping, the customer will be billed for the overage amount.
CAN I PICK UP MY ARTWORK FROM YOUR STUDIO?
Absolutely! You are also welcome & encouraged to pick up your print in person at my studio in Kingston, Washington. Contact me and we will make arrangements for a time for you to visit. I can send you a link to purchase online without the shipping costs, or you can pay in person when you arrive.
Every purchase is handled with care, and customers like you are already in love with their work of art before they receive it. However, if there is some reason why you would like to request a return, please read about my return policy (Policies will appear as clickable links in the footer of your checkout.)
CAN I USE YOUR ARTWORK FOR MY BUSINESS OR LOGO OR MAYBE A PERSONAL USE LIKE A TATTOO?
I offer affordable licensing for the use of my art for use for multiple purposes including web design, printed brochures, vehicle decals, and yes, even tattoos. I also have a Licensing Agent for product licensing inquiries. My art makes a great statement and conveys a vivid impression however or wherever it is seen. Get in Touch and we can work on enhancing your vision with my art.
I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights of sold and commissioned original artwork. I retain the right to make reproductions of artwork I create, but I do offer a courtesy to my clients to refrain from reproducing their horse’s portrait if they so desire.
A client or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.
If the artwork ends up being reproduced or shared in a magazine or other media, social media, or otherwise I appreciate the credit. Of course, you want to share the Spirit of Horse, right?
Let's Work Together
My art has always been about the big picture of how and why horses and humans are connected. One of the ways of celebrating this connection is through getting my art into your home and into the world. If you have an idea of how my art can enhance your life or your vision I would love to co-create with you! ~Kim McElroy
