Items purchased from third parties such as Cafepress and Zazzle are subject to the return policies of those companies, and those policies are designed to insure your satisfaction, however return periods vary. Spirit of Horse Gallery Return Policy
Prints and posters or other items directly from spiritofhorse.com can be returned within 15 days of delivery in the same condition as when received by you. If the applicable time period has passed by and you would still like to return something, please call us at (360) 297-7736 or email us at artist@spiritofhorse.comPlease call or write first if you are returning something and tell us your reason for return/exchange, your order number if you have it and your phone number or email address in case we need to get in touch with you. If you received an item damaged in shipping we particularly need to know that because we would like to contact the shipper. Please insure packages with a value of over $100. We will credit your original payment method. If the return is a result of our error, we refund your purchase price plus applicable shipping costs and insurance both ways.

Shipping Charges Policy
Our shipping charges aren't adjusted automatically for multiple or international orders -- so if your shipping charges can be combined, we will refund a portion of your shipping. If there is additional shipping to your area we will notify you and request your approval for any additional charges.
Giclée Print Packaging and Shipping
Depending upon the print size and shipping requirements, prints are usually shipped flat and are mounted attractively on white paper, backed with cardboard, and enclosed in a protective mylar sleeve for ease of viewing and handling until they can be framed. Prints that are 16” x 20” or smaller are usually shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested. Prints that are 20” x 26” or larger are shipped via Fed Ex Ground unless otherwise requested.Please consider your individual delivery protocols and whether a flat package can be left safely and securely via your mail carrier or Fed Ex driver.
Please let us know if you prefer to sign for your package upon delivery to ensure it arrives safely and is not left in the weather or in an unsecured place.
Because the prints are made to order -- please allow 1-2 weeks for us get your print in house -- to inspect, sign, and ship it. Expedited shipping is available upon request.
Archival Poster Prints Packaging and Shipping

At the present time, email addresses are only collected from those who purchase products via the Spirit of Horse Gallery website and to send you our free Spirit of Horse Gallery Newsletter, and to allow us to send you a confirmation of your order.
