A client commissioned me to create this painting to represent personal symbolic and dream images. He described two horses - dark and light - both containing elements of the other. He also described the element of snow - and the importance of his grandmother's love and his first contact with horses. Given these abstract concepts I composed the yin/yang symbol woven into the composition of two horses, the element of winter, and a special shooting star to represent his grandmother. He was thrilled with this conceptual painting that captured his elusive dreams.
